Bacon Magic is a toolset for building and evaluating tabletop RPG character sheets. It comprises a rules engine, expression language, and tooling to load rules from data to extend the options. This means we can build the rules around a game, and then import homebrew content.

This site is an early preview. Today you can explore the D&D 5e (2014) SRD ruleset in the browser and walk through a character creation choice tree. I intend to add some very specific game related content - i.e. DnD styled character sheets and useful in-play tools (such as a "saving throw" option that shows all your characters specific rules around that type of throw).

Finally, I may add an editor to allow easy creation of homebrew rulesets to share.
